Much like the problem below:

My base currency (BCY) is USD. I have several merchant services accounts that present in other currencies, including CAD.

One of my accounts has a zero balance in the foreign currency (FCY) but a small negative balance in USD on the balance sheet.

This is a real problem. There is no way that a zero balance in FCY can be anything other than a zero balance in BCY. This is a fundamental problem with the software.

There is also an ongoing problem with other CAD accounts.

My reconciled balance in another account on Sept 30th 2022 in CAD was $707.85. The balance sheet shows $2129.61 USD, when it should be only $500ish in US currency.

Clearly, errors in currency are continuing to add up. How does this get fixed?

This should be answered here in the forums, since this has obviously come up before and others will have an issue in the future.
