Hi,

It would be great if we could use Zia's feature of matching candidates in reverse: "Find matching positions" from a candidate profile.

Also, it would be great to be able to filter the results: matches must be candidates that are under a certain application stage or JOs that are under a certain JO status, certain destination, etc.
