Zoho Account Not Active-Support Team not responding to emails

Zoho Account Not Active-Support Team not responding to emails

Hi!  My husband's Zohomail Account is saying that it is not active when he tries to sign in.  He just created the account earlier this week.  Is there a reason that it has been de-activated?  Also, I tried to email the support team twice this afternoon and have not received any response, which is why I am posting to this forum.  How do we re-activate the account when we don't have any other emails connected to it?  I prefer not to list my husband's name, phone number, or email to the forum.  Please help!
