zoho administrator rights

hello,

i'm using zoho sheet for my work. I made a staff roster in a sheet for my employees. The roster changes every week.
All the employees ar logging in with the same username en password, so do i. Everyone can make changes in the roster.

Is there a possibility that just one person can get admin rights , so that he is the only one that can make changes. The others can only view the roster, but can not make changes.
