Hi, I installed the On Premise version of Zoho Analytics, when i try to connect Analytics with the Data Prep gave me the error in the attached file, checking in the web console and in the server logs i saw that's a 500 internal server error, obviously there's a SSL certificate that make the communication secure. What's can cause this error? Thanks in advance
