ZOHO API

Hi guys, I am currently creating a Chrome Extension for our Recruitment Agency. I have 2 questions. If we use the API, can we: 1. Can we use the Extension to create new Candidate / Contact Notes in ZOHO? Sending the Note data to ZOHO to create a new note on the record, for example. 2. Can we display existing Candidate / Contact Notes in the browser extension? Thanks!
