Zoho apps user permission to create sites?

Zoho apps user permission to create sites?

Hello

I recently signed up for zoho apps.

I have my super administrator account and a regular user account which I would like to use for building a new zoho site linked to my doma In.

I cannot find a way to enable a regular user permission to build a site. How can I do this via zoho apps admin or site admin settings ?

I can only seem to build a site if I elevate a user to have admin permission. This is a security risk.

There must be a way to allow only admin for sites without needing global admin?
