Hi! I have several items in my Zoho Assist unattended list that I no longer need.

3 of them were from a client that did not know how to install, and they ran the installation 3 times. I only need 1 of those 3.

The other devices are devices I no longer support, and do not need them in my list. How can I achieve this, please?
