Zoho Assist Installer wants proxy settings
When I try to install Assist at some customer sites, the installed asks for proxy settings where none is in use. If I close the dialog without entering anything, it throws this error message:
"Configuring unattended access failed due to the following reason :
The request could not be processed by the server due to invalid syntax."
These computers all have a direct internet connection and don't use a proxy at all. There's no VPN in use either. Is there a way to tell this to the installer? Thanks.
