Remote support requires a join.exe to be downloaded each time a user wants to start a session
Hi I have been evaluating whether or not I want to continue using Zoho Assist as my remote software for customers. Its pretty well designed except for the join process. An exec should not have to be downloaded each time a repeat customer wants to join a remote session. This is a deal breaker for me because my customers expect not to have to do this each time. Not only is this a waste of resources, but its also a waste of time and adds a extra step that my customers need to go through to join a session a second time. i have customers that need help infrequently so I would like to use the remote support feature (not unattended access) for repeat jobs like this but not if my customer has to download an exe that is already on their systems in the first place.
Please advise if there is a work-around for this.
