My requirement is only for day to day accounting for managing a Hotel. Needed help to implement it in Zoho books.
Let me explain my requirement,
Date: 11th August 2018
Room Sales:
From Customer 1, bill amount Rs. 1000/-
From Customer 2, bill amount Rs. 2000/-
Both the bill will be generated by the Property Management Software, Zoho Books will only be used to maintain the day to day accounting. So in Zoho Books there will be an entry under 'Room Sales' account for 11th August 2018 for Rs. 3000/- (cumulative sale for the day)
Similar case for accounts 'Restaurant Sales' and 'Banquet Sales', the bills for both the accounts will be generated by the Property Management Software, only the cumulative sales for the day will be entered in Zoho Books.
