I am currently using Zoho Books, and want to start using CRM.  I need to take all my customer information from Books and put it into CRM.  Since sync information flows from CRM to Books, and not in the way I need, what is the best method of getting my customer information from Books and into CRM?

I know I can export from Books and then import into CRM. Is this the best and only way?  And are there any steps or "be sure to"s that I need to be aware of in the process?
