Zoho broadcast

I two questions, could you help me? So, I use much zoho show broadcast, currently the window to enter your first name before entering the conference no longer appears, is normal? And I have a problem when I send invitation to seven people, some to enter, but other lock on a loading screen, or does not load the slides, my network is not locked and all use firefox updated and firewall is turned off, which could be causing this problem?
