I'm in New York.  Zoho forces us to choose Eastern Daylight.  That is absurd because it should do it on its own.  My colleagues are in Texas CT time.  My boss shared his schedule with me so I could see when he is busy but everything I do seems to schedule things in CT time.  EVEN though I have myself set up in ET time.  Why can't Zoho just have a normal functioning calendar like every other platform out there.  This is stupid.
