I wanted to ask if I add a section for newsletter subscription to my zoho commerce page, this works, but the subscription confirmation emails of those who subscribe arrive at spam.

Is there any possibility that by entering their data on the page in the form and accepting, they register without having to confirm via email?

ALSO VERY IMPORTANT, THAT THE EMAIL THAT IS AUTOMATICALLY SENT MAY BE IN SPANISH?

If the above cannot be achieved

How can I prevent these emails from reaching spam?
