Duplicate tasks - so when i am in a workflow and set it to create new task, i then set the task but when i hit save it dosn't do anything.. i have to X or just close the task, then i have to hit create task again and go find it (that is one issue, i can live with it but should be checked out) my bigger problem is that it dosn't just save the task one time, its duplicates it like 20x... making it very difficult to create task, expecially if i am trying to find an already created task as i have to now go thru 1000's of task because so many are getting duplicated...

is there task duplication setting i need to turn on or something so duplicate tasks are not created or is this just a major bug?
