Zoho Creator "ticket" creation for CRM is idiotic. Really there must be a better way

According to this page, your so called "integration" with Creator requires that a "Ticket" be recreated every 7 days.
First, in general the concept of the Ticket expiry is a pain in the ass.
But to force that requirement into the webhooks integration?
That would mean that I'd have to manually generate a ticket and update my workflows every 7 days.  For each user?!?!?!?!
Oh sure, I could create an app in Creator to automate the ticket generation, but there is no way to update CRM with whatever that is.
On top of that, if the webhook fails, there is NO log.  So the admin never knows something is wrong.  How can you call this an "enterprise" app and exclude logging of errors.  (Same with the importing from other CRM, there is no log to show what the hell the errors are).
You MUST be able to do better than this.
