i am switching over for Sage software to zoho.

I am a bit confused though between the integration between crm and invoicing.

i have tried to read up in the blogs, and it seems that by now, there is supposed to be complete integration between the two apps. although it doesn't appear that way to me.

i understand the accounts/contacts can be synced / integrated. but i cant seem to integrate the products between the modules.

If zoho invoice had stock control/inventory, then i wouldnt need to use zoho crm. However, thats not the case and i am happy to use and pay for zoho crm, so i have the inventory control features.

However, i cant seem to figure out how the products/items can be linked/synced.

I wish to use crm so i can enter different pricing lists (price books), sales commission and have automatic stock levels (qty on hand). however, i dont see why crm has these features if you cant invoice customers from crm, or if you cant link the products with zoho invoicing. am i missing something?

it appears to me in crm you can only enter supplier invoices (i.e. purchases you make) but you cant invoice your customers from crm (sales). is this correct?

Wouldn't be a problem if the items/products were synced, and i could invoice customers from zoho invoice - where the items quantity in stock are automatically adjusted etc.

Could someone please let me know how to link the items/products between zoho invoice and zoho crm.
