This is imperative because, if I add three new leads and assign them to a sales rep, who is on the road, and they pull up leads, they don't know the names of the people, and if they have 30 leads in their queue, how are they going to know who is the new lead?

 

This is something that needs to be corrected immediately, otherwise the app I am paying for to use each month with my employees is useless...
