ZOHO CRM & Creator - Major Permission Failure Needs Correcting
Hello,
Whenever I create new accounts and I employ developers to create apps for those accounts, the CRM's Super Admin loses their permission to create new custom apps from within the UI.
I have now experienced this with 3 separate accounts that I own and each time that I call customer service, they are stumped. They mostly have all suggested work-arounds such as disassociating the developers app from the CRM and then importing the app back in while logged in as the Super Admin. Upon doing this, it seems to restore the Super Admin's privileges to create apps.
Friends at Zoho, please understand:
NOTHING should ever strip away a Super Admins' privileges to accomplish
ANYTHING they need to accomplish. It shouldn't matter who created what application first or who was logged in as whoever at the time a certain event occurred and there should be no, "well, it is how it is..." response to an issue like this. It's a failure when anything prohibits a Super Admin from doing anything. Plain and simple.
