Zoho CRM Google Mail Plugin link to contact in Zoho?

Why does the Google Mail plugin not offer the most rudimentary feature of 'open this contact in Zoho CRM??

This would be the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT for such a plugin, how have you been so poor in your usability design to miss it?

Now, because I can't assign a task to another user in Zoho CRM, even with this plugin I still have to search for this contact in Zoho CRM and add the task there. Effectively making your plugin useless.
