Zoho CRM not receiving emails

Zoho CRM not receiving emails

Hi,

I configured the Zoho-mail add-on in the CRM. I can send emails from leads and contacts page, but the emails they send me are not going to the CRM. I'm only receiving them on Zoho-mail.

Can you guys please help me to solve this?
