I started a Zoho CRM account, then saw Zoho One and started a free Trial of Zoho One. However, the CRM is still acting as if it is not a ONE account so certain integrations are not working.

I am wanting to test these before purchase but it doesn't seem to be working correctly.

Any suggestions?
