Zoho CRM on iPAD and Android - No edit possible

Using ZOHO CRM from my iPAD : it tells me that "You do not have the permission to add a record" and in general that I can't change anything. Not create a potential, update a contact, etc...

Using ZOHO CRM from my Android Samsung Note: editing or adding any contact, account, potential is not even available.

What do I miss to create and edit my accounts, contacts and potentials from both my iPAD and my Samsung Note ?
