The synchro between our Desk and Analytics Apps does not work anymore. The error message says:

Reason for Sync Failure: The plan for your Zoho Desk account does not support Zoho Analytics integration.
Solution: Please upgrade your plan if you want to use this integration.

But that is absolute nonsense. The automatic sync worked partially today.

Please help, thank you in advance!
