Hello everyone,

I am currently new to Zoho Flow and only know basic things that doesn't require much of a coding. Currently I have Zoho Desk & Projects integrated but unfortunately it doesn't sync the Time Entry, Status, and Agent we currently set on Desk ticket to Zoho Project task.

I would like to sync those so that when and agent added their time entry on Desk Ticket, it will automatically reflect on Zoho Project task created from desk.

Upon checking also, the ticket ID on Desk is different from the Task ID created on Desk to Projects. So it's worth noting that it still need to figure out a way to find the connection about these two.
