Zoho Desk Hours/Time Entry
Good afternoon, I'm attempting to pull data from Zoho Desk into Zoho People for reporting/payroll use. With this I was trying to create a flow which works great up until the point of actually grabbing the hours from Zoho Desk, and adding those to Zoho People. So what I have here is a variable set to create a unique name for a job in ZPeople by using the ticket ID + Subject which allows me to do a fetch from any ticket from ZPeople back into Flow/Desk now with that set I was able to fetch the agents email, and fetch employee email from ZPeople, and create a job using the name variable, and assigning it to the ZID that was pulled from the ZPeople employee fetch which works great in creating jobs based upon completed tickets. However I overlooked an existing field for timesheet/hours I thought it was the hours for the ticket, but only pulls a count for time entries, and now going through I don't seem to have a way to pull the actual hours from Zoho Desk tickets thwarting my efforts in moving completed desk tickets into jobs that can be ran in People analytics allowing me to deduct this productive time from employee actual clock time to see productivity of each employee. Any thoughts, or ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.
