Zoho Desk integration - if a user updates a form

Can someone tell me what happens via the Zoho Desk integration if a user updates a form response? 

At the moment, I have it configured to create a ticket when a form is submitted, but I'm wondering if I enable the ability for people to go back and edit their response, how does this affect the ticket? Does it update it, add a new ticket or, as I suspect, do nothing?
