Zoho Desk Limitations

Good day, all,

I would like to know whether others share my frustration with some of Zoho's limitations.

Don't get me wrong, I like Desk (and I also have a subscription for Analytics), I have been with them for close to 10 years, and unfortunately, I have invested so much time; it would be hard for me to switch and compared to others, their support is helpful and responsive.

Understandably, they will develop features for the must-not-for-the-few. But why put limitations on basic features?

For example, they introduced custom modules, which I love, and to me, opened a whole new avenue for managing my department.

They limit the number of lookups, so I got used to it. Today I tried autofilling an existing lookup, but I can only autofill five fields.

I asked to add the ability to attach a file to a custom module over a year ago, and nothing has happened.

Is it that I am the only one using custom modules to their limits? 

I have the Enterprise license. Please give us some leeway.
