We've been using Zoho Desk for a few years and we're now looking into also using Zoho Bookings. I have installed the Desk <-> Bookings integration.

Using "Workflows" in Zoho Desk, is there a way to automatically send an email reply for a ticket that contains a Zoho Bookings link? If yes, could you just please point me in the right direction? :)
