I started using Zoho Docs today. I uploaded some files and folders, synced them to Zodo Docs for Mac, and shared everything with my business partner.

We were moving documents around when suddenly, everything got deleted. We don't know why it happened. All our data is now missing.

I also noticed that it takes quite a few minutes for changes made to be synced between Zoho Docs on browser and on the harddrive. Why's that?

Please help urgently. Thanks!
