Zoho docs connection problem
Hello,
i have huge problem to connect zoho desktop!
A lot of time remain in "Connecting", or connection start, and download files, but after 10-20 minutes appear this window (attached) and if i try to login give me the error "mail or password not valid".. why? I'm sure that the password is valid, why it doesn't connect? I have the same problem with 5 accounts in my company. i try to synchronize it from home and i have the same problem.
We need zoho docs because is file source of zoho CRM, and is a week that not runs.. I try the impossible to run the software but i don't know how to fix the problem.
