Hi All,

I've been trying to get Exchange ActiveSync working with my Android device and it always fails. I've been attempting to follow the instructions here: http://zsync.zohosites.com/Android.html.

If I add a new account, select "Exchange ActiveSync", then put in my email address and do an automatic configuration, then it works but it configures it as IMAP (imap.zoho.com) and syncs mail only (I was contacts and calendars also). If I do a manual setup and try to put in msync.zoho.com as the server, it fails with the message that I should check my username/password. I know they're correct because they work in the IMAP case. This is in the stock Android email app.

I've also tried to log in using another app (Touchdown) and it responds with AUTHENTICATION FAILURE provisioning ActiveSync: Check your credentials.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there an option to enable EAS somewhere because the official Zoho guide I linked to doesn't mention it.
