Hi guys, i just got a domain and configured it with the free edition of zohomail so far it works with anything google and microsoft based (hotmail.com outlook.com gmail.com etc.), but when i send it to my workplace email mailbox it never appears, i am able to get email from other domains without problem but it seems that zoho is being blocked somehow by the MS Exchange Server that my workplace uses, i'm trying to contact the zoho guys but support is dismal, i wrote them some text in the "contact" icon that i have in the console but not even an email that says that they are into it, so i'm posting here hoping that someone might read this and give me a hand.
I was thinking about subscribing but if support sucks this bad i'll take my business elsewhere.
