Zoho Feedback: User Experience with Zoho One Suite

I appreciate Zoho’s commitment to creating valuable products, and I'd like to share some feedback based on our experience with the Zoho apps within the Zoho One Suite.

Firstly, I feel that the user experience would be greatly improved if the look and feel were consistent across all Zoho apps. For example, Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, as core modules within the suite, should closely resemble each other. However, there are noticeable differences in color schemes, layouts, and even fonts, which makes transitioning between them feel less cohesive.

Additionally, as a Zoho One user, I find the advertising for other Zoho apps at the bottom of the Zoho Books screen distracting. We already have access to the suite, so this section feels redundant and somewhat unprofessional. I believe a more seamless and focused interface would better reflect the quality found in platforms like NetSuite or Salesforce, where such advertising is absent.

While I understand that Zoho One is composed of various applications, I hope future development focuses on unifying the design to present a truly integrated experience, as though it were a single product.
