Zoho Finance Bug: In CRM Dashboards, no Sales Order (finance module) status options show for the Anomaly Detector component
Summary
I'm trying to create a Anomaly Detector chart and use the criteria filter for sales orders but no options show for the status criteria. I'm presuming it's a bug but who knows! You can enter in text but what should we enter? Other reporting areas show options as "zb.open","Confirmed" and a many others. Are we supposed to do trial and error for each one?
To replicate scenario
- Open CRM Dashboards and add the Anomaly Detector component
- Select the "Zoho Finance" Sales Order Module
- For Criteria select "Status"
Expected Outcome
When you select status you should be shown a list of sales order status options
Actual Outcome
No options are shown.
