I'm trying to integrate my forms with my CRM.  I would like for the customer to fill out the form and then that form would be associated with the potential in the CRM. I am having trouble doing this.  

1) Is it possible to just have a PDF attachment of the form results within the potential record?

2) If not, I have tried mapping fields but some of the field types are not the same in Zoho forms and the CRM - for example the multiple choice check box.  

3) It is making certain fields mandatory that I do not have in zoho forms, how can I work around this as I am not interested in using all of these or having the customer fill those out.
