I have created multiple forms and all of them are integrated with Zoho desk, the purpose of the forms is to create tickets.

one form works when submitted, it raises the ticket, however the rest of the forms do not raise a ticket after submitting even though the Intergration is set up the same, the only difference would be the subject line etc and the body of the Intergration.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong as to why the other forms are not sending to support? Can Zoho desk have multiple forms integrated to into it?
