Is it possible to create a rule in Zoho Forms that integration into Zoho Desk will only be performed if a condition is met? I'd like to create a dependency that a Form submission will only be integrated into Zoho Desk provided a certain condition is met. For example, if a box is selected, the submission will integrate. If it is not selected, the form data will not transfer to Desk.
