Hello. Is there a way to automatically associate data from a hidden field to the selections / values made upon form submission?

For example, there is a main customer Project Revision Request Form. The form asks, "What is your project #?" 

If project # = 40 then prepopulate hidden Assigned Employee Email field to   project40assignedemployee@example.com to alert the assigned manager. A step further, from hidden Project Spreadsheet Links field automatically select "Project 40 spreadsheet link" so the employee has that information at hand in the email notification.

In short, map fields together based on a specific choice made during the form submission. The hidden data field values, text, and/or email address/es could then be used to notify the necessary person with a custom merge field messages. 

If not doable in Forms, is this possible with Zoho Creator?
