Hi

I've been using forms very successfully for a while now, but I have a problem!! I have used the advanced settings to map name & email address from CRM to the forms, but when these forms are sent out, they don't prefill. The links to the forms are contained in a Zoho template, but these are sent form the contact's page, just wondered if this was the problem and if not, what am I doing wrong?
