Hi there, following recent feedback that Zoho Sign is really not very useful friendly when using a mobile device I am exploring integrations with Zoho Forms.
I have managed to create a form and integrate this into Sign pretty easily when a form is just completed by one person. Where we are bulk sending I am having more difficulty.
The specific scenario is that twice a year our HR team have to send out a Driver Consent form to all company vehicle drivers which allows them to check with the DVLA that someone hasn't had their licences suspended.
The form has a few fields to fill out, Name, Address, Licence Number and so on. On a mobile device it looks terrible and would be perfect for a form.
What we want to happen is that a link is sent to all employee to go online and fill out their details via a Zoho form, once submitted this then pre-populates the template document in sign and then emails the employee to complete the form by adding their signature.
For a single user this works great, I have it working but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this for dealing with bulk entries.
I added an email field in the form in the hope you could map this to the recipients field in Zoho Sign so when the form was submitted the recipient was updated and the signature sent to each person that submitted a form.
Can anyone help, is this achievable?
