Hi Zoho Forms team,

we are regularly sending our shared link to a Zoho Form but some people are reporting the problem that they cannot view the form to complete it.

This is the link we are sending (from Zoho Forms/Share/Share publicly/Shortened URL) to our clients and a lot of clients do not have any problems accessing it but there are always a few that say that they can't open the link and that when they click on the link, they get re-directed to the main Zoho Forms page (see below):

Can you help with this?
