Zoho Forms to Zoho Desk Integration - File Uploads/Attachments?

Zoho Forms to Zoho Desk Integration - File Uploads/Attachments?

Both Zoho Forms and Zoho Desk have the ability for a customer to upload/attach a file using a web form, and there is built-in integration from Zoho Forms to Zoho Desk, but the uploaded file in Zoho Forms does not make it over to Zoho Desk.

Am I missing an integration step or configuration?
Or is the integration between these two Zoho apps just not complete or seamless (yet)?
