Zoho freezing immediately after connecting to clients

Not sure why...but Zoho Assist is freezing immediately after connecting to clients. It seems to only happen to clients that are on a WiFi connection at their office. The wired PCs connect and do not freeze.

UPDATE:: I closed all browser windows with Zoho and cleared my browser cache and that seems to have taken care of it. Strange that it only affected laptops on WiFi and strange that my cache would affect that at all.
