Hello.

I have an existing email list on another server which i would like to migrate to zohomail in the form of a group.

I have set up a group in zoho and added all the email addresses.

those addresses which exist in the zoho system (have a login/email) have added just fine and automaticaly activated.

those that are outside the zoho mail system (eg anyone@yahoo.com or anyone@google.com) have been sent a email to activate there group membership.

The problem is, this activation email looks like spam to most users and very few have hit 'accept'

so i'm stuck. i want to move emails that are in an already existing email list on another server over to this zoho group, but i am stuck waiting for users to hit accept (most have not/will not).

Is there a way to force the system to activate the users emails in zoho groups?

I am the administrator of the other mail-list server, and can provide proof that these users are already members of the list i want to move over to zoho.
