zoho IMAP does not collect new email

zoho IMAP does not collect new email

i face strange issue since couple days ago
i have several email from zoho and support IMAP protocol.
i have using zoho more than 1 year without any serious issue.
but this day, the problem is the IMAP does not collect new email message at all.. we use Thunderbird latest version.
so temporary solution i have to close thunderbird and open again..then they will collect new message again..
if i dont close then it seems no new email comming..
any idea or solution? we use gmail and yahoo as well in thunderbird IMAP protocol and no issue at all..only from zoho does appear issue like this..
