We just started using Zoho CRM and Inventory management software to manage our operations. 

We are a service company, that sends products to our customers each month, and then picks them up and sends them new products. How can I adapt the software to have:

1. The customer flow stages, step by step with each customer, so I know in which step is every customer?

2. Adapt the inventory inputs, to have a data base of our products and its status (in stock, lent or in transport)
