Products were created in shopify, sync'd and confirmed in ZOHO Inventory with initial inventory count of zero.  PO was created and received in ZOHO inventory and counts were updated on the products in ZOHO inventory.  The inventory count was not updated in Shopify though.

I have performed manual sync and also waited 4+ hours, inventory counts in Shopify still don't reflect the values in ZOHO inventory.  Any ideas to resolve and sync inventory levels?
