Zoho Invoice: Adding Sales Person

This one should be relatively easy: I know I have added Sales Person to the invoice before, can you remind me how we can do that?

Also, I am interested in having a calculated subtotal for Distribution including some but not all of the invoiced items.  It this possible?  If not, we are currently calculating it by hand and putting it into a custom field, or to use the Shipping Charges and Adjustment fields.
